That's The Way, Uh-huh Uh-huh

    One thing that I really like about Cal U is the people. For the most part, everyone is really nice and kind. People on the track team have become some of my closest friends and everyone else in my classes that I talk to are also nice. When I had visited some friends at other schools last semester, the people I encountered were not so nice. They would give you dirty looks or have an attitude for no reason and I wonder if it's because Cal U is a smaller school so people are generally just kinder.

    It isn't just the students though, it is also the professors and other faculty I have talked to. All of them are very helpful and understanding. I know some of my friends outside of this college have told me how unreasonable some professors are. Or the fact that they basically have to teach themselves because class sizes are so large and the professors rarely have time to help out students, or simply because the professors don't have a good attitude when it comes to students who need extra help.

    I can get one-on-one time with my professors, my academic advisor has been super kind and helpful, and I love the friends I have made.

Strongest/Weakest

 I believe the strongest part of my paper is maybe the refutatio because these are common come backs to the topic, but by looking at the statistics and knowing how much pharmaceutical companies actually make each and every year you can see that this won't hinder research. However, I still believe my paper could always be better and I will keep trying to edit as I go. I think the weakest part of my paper might be the exordium because I am not sure if I need to add more to it to be more specific and really appeal to pathos.

What Is Fun

     There is not too much to do on campus or off campus, so you usually have to drive at least 15 minutes to get something or find something to do. Also being an athlete only leaves me a couple hours to do anything outside of class, homework, practice, lift, and meets almost every weekend. I usually go to Natali almost every night to do homework, but before actually starting my homework I am just talking and relaxing in a booth. Then hopefully getting some homework done, taking a break to get some food and then resume talking and working on more homework; that's the favorite part of most days. Next Right Moves

I do wonder if my thesis needs reworked or if I am just overthinking and overcomplicating things for my self, which often happens and why papers can take me so long. I currently have some sources, however I do need to thoroughly read through all of them to determine if and how they will be useful for me in writing my paper. This parallels with actually typing out my annotated bibliography due in the upcoming weeks. I do have many sources and am kind of dreading writing so much, but reading through each and this process will hopefully help me cut down the list based on how beneficial the source is. I need to also get my outline together, even if it's with simple ideas at first, but after reading through my sources it will help me figure out what ideas and supporting facts will go where. After completing my outline and hopefully a rough draft soon after the annotated bibliography is finish, then I can really critique and rework it from there.
